What are the different types of Tradco Cabinet Handles?

Drawer Pulls, also known as cup pulls, are a popular option for drawers. They have a crescent or half-circle shape which makes it easy to grip and pull the drawer open. Usually these are installed centred on the front of the drawer, however for very wide drawers you might want to install two. They are used commonly in traditional, country and Hamptons style kitchens, and can add a huge amount of personality and style to your kitchen. The vintage charm of cup pulls make them a popular choice for DIYers, making over a bedside table or desk with drawers. Kitchen & Cabinet Pull Handles, also referred to as cabinet pulls or bar pulls, are usually a long shape with a rod or bar, with a backplate at each end that is screwed into the surface of your cabinet. They can be installed vertically on cupboard doors, or horizontally on drawers. Tradco’s pull handles come in a variety of sizes, suitable for different sized kitchens and cabinets. For brand new cabinets, recommend checking with your cabinet maker as they can suggest the most suitable size. If you have existing screw holes, you can filter by centre-to-centre, which is the measurement between the screws on the handle. The Tradco range of Dresser handles are more ornate, designed as replicas for those that were used on traditional dressing tables and chests of drawers. These are usually a drop handle style, rather than a fixed handle, which means there is a backplate attached to the dresser, and then the handle is attached by two pins and hangs down. The dresser handles are designed to suit a number of architectural styles, such as Art Nouveu, Edwardian and Victorian.
Tradco’s range includes some other cabinet handles which are designed to be replicas of the original styles from Edwardian and Victorian periods. Tear Drop Handles are another style of traditional cabinet handle, most commonly used on old fashioned style dressers. They feature a round backplate with a tear drop shaped handle that hangs down. Furniture ring pulls include flush ring pulls, iron ring pulls and ornate ring pulls in polished brass and antique copper. Pedestal Handles have a long backplate and a ring shaped handle, often with a keyhole for cabinets that need locking.
