    • Shipping for all RAK items is calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
    • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days.
    • Orders are delivered by courier.
    • As large items, a physical street address is required for delivery. PO Boxes cannot be used.
    • When your order arrives, please check the items carefully and contact us within 48 hours if there is any damage or if something doesn’t look right. Our team will assist promptly.

    • If your order includes items from multiple brands, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the products selected, and your items may arrive in separate parcels.
    Returns
    • Change of mind: Returns are accepted within 6 months of receiving your order. Returned items must arrive back to us within this 6-month period.
    • Restocking fee: A restocking fee applies. The rate may vary, so please phone or email us to confirm the current amount.
    • Original shipping cost: The shipping cost we incurred to send your order will be deducted from your refund, even if delivery was free at checkout.
    • Return Authorisation (RA): Contact us to begin a return and we will issue an RA form for you to include with your item. We will also provide the correct return address.
    • RA validity: The RA is valid for 10 business days, so please ensure your return is sent within this period.
    • Return postage: Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using insured postage and packing the item securely, as we cannot refund items damaged in transit.
    • Condition of goods: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, with all packaging intact and in resaleable condition.
    • Packing requirements: Please pack items securely. Loose components such as screws or bolts can cause scratches or breakages, so ensure there is no metal-on-metal contact.
    • Installed items: Returns cannot be accepted once an item has been installed.
