    Delivery
    • Free shipping Australia-wide applies to all CB Ideal tapware. For all other CB Ideal items, shipping can be estimated at checkout.
    • For standard CB Ideal finishes where all parts are in stock, orders usually require approximately 5 business days for assembly and dispatch. If dispatch will take longer, we will contact you. For plated or special finishes, please allow up to 4 weeks for plating and production.
    • Orders are delivered by courier.
    • Due to the high value of these items, authority to leave is not available — someone will need to be present to receive delivery.
    • A physical street address is required for delivery. PO Boxes cannot be used.
    • When your order arrives, please check the items carefully and contact us within 48 hours if there is any damage or if something doesn’t look right. Our team will assist promptly.

    • If your order includes items from multiple brands, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the products selected, and your items may arrive in separate parcels.
    Returns
    • Change of mind: Returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving your order. Returned items must arrive back to us within this 21 day period.
    • Finish eligibility:
       • Only Chrome and Brass Gold finishes are eligible for change of mind returns.
      • All other CB Ideal finishes are considered special finishes and are non-returnable.
      • If you order a non-returnable finish, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm your selection.
    • Restocking fee: A restocking fee applies. The rate can vary, so please phone or email us to confirm the current amount.
    • Return Authorisation (RA): Contact us to begin a return and we will issue an RA form for you to include with your item. We will also provide the correct return address.
    • RA validity: The RA is valid for 10 business days, so please ensure your return is sent within this period.
    • Return postage: Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using insured postage and packing the item securely, as we cannot refund items damaged in transit.
    • Condition of goods: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, with all packaging intact and in resaleable condition.
    • Packing requirements: Please pack items securely. Loose parts such as screws or bolts can cause scratches or breakages, so ensure there is no metal-on-metal contact.
    • Installed items: We cannot accept returns for any item that has been installed.
